CobbleClash
Control your Pokémon and fight in real time.
CobbleClash is a Fabric addon for Cobblemon that puts you directly in control of your Pokémon. Move in third person, aim attacks, dodge danger zones and combine cooldown-based moves with AI allies.
Available for singleplayer, LAN and compatible dedicated servers, without server-address restrictions. The current build is 1.0.0-rc.15 — Beta, a release candidate rather than the final 1.0.
New in RC15
- Temporary trainer level caps: party Pokémon above a custom trainer’s maximum level are scaled down for casual/ranked connection and native turn-based challenges, then recover their original level and XP. Pokémon below the maximum are not raised. Configure Trainer Editor → Conditions → Maximum level; a level-100 Pokémon can battle under a level-50 cap and return to level 100 afterward. Minimum-level and healthy-party requirements still apply.
- Progress preserved: XP earned while the cap is active is deferred and processed through Cobblemon after restoration. Recovery data is saved with the Pokémon.
- Trainer loot fixed: defeated temporary trainer Pokémon no longer drop held items, equipment or species loot. Ordinary wild drops, player equipment and configured NPC victory rewards remain separate.
- Targeted native regression tests: trainer loot callbacks, real custom-trainer encounter rewards, temporary caps, native turn-based victory/disconnect cleanup and saved recovery data were exercised. This remains a Beta release candidate, with human multiplayer and broader modpack/load testing still pending.
Included from RC11
- Small-Pokémon lock camera fixed: aiming upward no longer lowers the camera toward the ground. Locked framing uses a protected minimum height and keeps respecting walls and low ceilings.
- More camera customization: press O → CÂMERA to adjust distance (65–150%), extra height (−0.4 to +2 blocks), manual right shoulder (0–2.5 blocks), smoothing, lock assistance and impact. Preferences are saved locally; Resetar câmera preserves the HUD and keybindings.
- Auto gigantes: optional automatic framing follows the current form's native dimensions, with checks for Hoopa Unbound and Arceus. Eternamax uses a tactical side view while locked, aiming to keep the battlefield visible below its enormous hand; free adaptive framing remains available outside lock. The model is neither hidden nor shrunk.
- Aim and collision retained: camera orbit is separate from aiming parallax; the real camera ray, attack reach and obstacles remain server-validated. Tight spaces retract the camera, and extremely large models are not guaranteed to fit entirely in every room or field of view.
- Dedicated server support retained from RC10: no server-address/IP allowlist. Use the same RC15 on the server/host and every client. Older restricted builds are unchanged. No damage, AI, progression or world-data format changes in this camera update.
Included from RC9
- Animated aura previews: browse all 20 entrance rewards in the mastery pass; formation, appearance and fading repeat automatically, and clicking a reward restarts its preview.
- Shared free mastery pass: permanent player-wide progress for the whole team, 20 milestones from Bronze to Master and server-validated claim/equip actions.
- More capable AI: trainers and allies combine moves with basic hits. Eligible trainers use special forms and finite support, while AI Pokémon can consume recognized equipped Berries.
- Expanded custom trainers: optional ranked connection battles with configurable reward intervals, native turn-based challenges and right-click editing of an existing NPC.
- Battle polish: safer separation at trainer/duel openings, synchronized entrance origins and adaptive size checks for special forms/bosses.
Connect, aim and battle

Connection mode: the selected Pokémon becomes your controlled character, with its own HP, moves, energy and combat role.
- Left-click basic attacks and four move slots with individual cooldowns.
- Crosshair aiming and target lock that respect range and obstacles; Tab cycles targets and Shift + Tab reverses.
- Melee, ranged and hybrid play styles. Supported held moves, such as Flamethrower, continue while held for their allowed duration.
- Physical/special damage uses native Pokémon attributes, including level, IVs, EVs and nature, with type matchups and supported status effects.
- Healing, protection, shields, temporary terrain bonuses, support items and switching with cooldowns.
- A short input buffer and clear feedback for cooldowns, status restrictions and queued attacks. The global ability recovery is 0.25 seconds at 20 TPS; basic attacks retain their own cadence.
- Flight and swimming follow the current form's native Cobblemon locomotion registrations.
Solo, duo and trio — with ally orders

Two AI companions support the controlled Pokémon; their deployed cards show names, levels and HP.
Outside encounters with fixed formations, choose solo, duo or trio and switch which Pokémon you control. Press P to order allies to act automatically, focus your locked target, defend your position or retreat without starting attacks. Their move cooldowns remain attached to the Pokémon. Already launched projectiles finish their path when an order changes.
The HUD follows Cobblemon-inspired pixel borders, supports color themes and can be resized and repositioned. The native hotbar is hidden only during connection mode. Personal HUD settings remain local.
Special forms and temporary transformations

The forms menu shows energy, shared cooldown and the items required for each supported transformation.
Mega Evolution, Dynamax, eligible Gigantamax forms and Terastal use energy, item requirements and cooldowns. Availability depends on species, form and compatible optional integrations; not every Pokémon can use every form. Transform can temporarily copy other Pokémon, including their moves, or use supported mob techniques. Zorua/Zoroark can use their slot-1 party illusion.
Raid bosses with readable danger zones

Optional Raid Dens integration adds a boss HP display.

Red ground markings and a countdown warn you before area attacks. Read the pattern and move to safety.
With Cobblemon Raid Dens, boss patterns include targeted impacts, cleaves, projectile fans, rings, seismic waves, crosses and sequential storms. Sequences vary by species/type, with phase transitions and shared damage budgets that limit overlapping hits. Eligible high-tier encounters can use Mega or enraged second phases.
Raids use one active Pokémon per trainer. Duo/trio formations are disabled inside raids and player duels. Raid participation and rewards remain integrated with Raid Dens.
Pokémon duels and shared mastery
Look at another player and press R to use the native Cobblemon interaction wheel. Choose a casual or ranked connection duel, then send or accept a challenge. Both participants see the rules before accepting. Duels use solo formation, block support items and Pokémon XP, and restore previous party HP afterward.
Mastery now belongs to the player and is shared by the whole team in that world/server: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond → Elite → Master. The free permanent pass has 20 milestones, ending at 4000 points, with no premium track or season expiry. Open Maestria from Cobblemon's native Summary screen, select a reward, claim it and equip it for any party Pokémon. The mastery panel includes an animated preview; browsing it does not equip or claim a reward.
Qualified ranked player duels and enabled ranked NPC connection encounters award progress. Wild Pokémon, Alphas and raids provide smaller gains, weighted by contribution and level. Casual duels, turn-based battles, casual NPCs and training targets do not award pass progress.
| Source | Maximum per qualified result | Daily UTC cap |
|---|---|---|
| Wild Pokémon | 2 | 40 |
| Alpha | 6–9 | 40 |
| Raid | 6–14 | 60 |
| Enabled ranked NPC | 10 | 80 |
| Ranked player duel | 20 win / 8 loss | 200 |
PvE sources share a combined 100/day cap; the overall pass cap is 300/day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Participation, level, duplicate-result checks and rematch intervals still apply. Restarting the game/server does not reset these limits. Legacy progress migrates once using the highest party/PC mastery, preserving the old individual records.
The 20 entrances have individual choreography: bronze sparks, embers, planted silver swords, snowy tornadoes, solar bursts, amber/diamond/amethyst crystals, orbiting planets, silver/jade/aurora portals, blue Alpha- and red Omega-inspired sigils, prismatic rain, a reality rift, nebula, opal, eclipse and Singularidade Master, with a dark spherical core, accretion rings and inward spirals. Rank insignias appear above the Pokémon during the entrance. World effects have bounded geometry/particles and a local Details toggle.
These entrance rewards add no new damage, HP, XP or energy bonuses. The existing mastery dodge-cooldown bonus remains capped at 6% outside duels and disabled during trainer duels. Unlockable Obsidian/Aurora HUD themes remain available.
Trainers, campaigns and a visual NPC editor

Create trainer teams with a 3D skin preview, per-Pokémon settings and administrative save/import/export tools.
Natural connection trainers have varied teams and AI and can walk around the world. Custom editor trainers remain anchored. Operators can configure their teams, moves and difficulty, use presets and set skins from a player name. Definitions persist with revision checks to avoid conflicting edits.
Custom NPCs support both connection and native turn-based challenges. The editor can enable Allow ranked battle, with reward intervals in Minecraft days or real minutes/hours/days. Turn-based victories can award configured items but do not grant pass progress. Right-click an existing custom NPC with the Trainer Editor to edit that same NPC. Operators can use /cobbleclash maestria dar <slot 1–6> <points 1–4000> [player]; the slot validates a party Pokémon and the grant goes to the owner's shared pass.
In connection, trainers and allies interleave skills with basic attacks and use a basic fallback when appropriate. Hybrids close distance when ranged skills are unavailable; move choices respect tactical restrictions. Natural/custom trainer support is finite by difficulty: no bag uses at levels 1–4, one at 5–7 and two at 8–10, with healing/status cooldowns. The player receives the corresponding support-use allowance and uses their own items. RCT keeps its native bag and limits.
Eligible trainers can use Mega, Dynamax, Gigantamax or Terastal through the installed integration, with one successful transformation per encounter, bounded retries and space checks. Explicit editor choices, including NONE, remain respected. Mega needs native eligibility/stone; Gigantamax needs its factor and an installed form. Equipped healing/status Berries recognized by the real-time system are consumed when useful. The player's transformation energy/forms remain manually controlled, and allies do not take potions from the player's bag automatically.
Optional Radical Cobblemon Trainers / RCT API support connects compatible trainer campaigns to connection battles, including native team data, level caps, results and progression where supported. The addon also includes native Alpha integration, minibosses and an in-game guide.
Learn inside the game

The guide covers connection controls, campaigns, NPCs, raids, forms, Alphas, moves and combat strategy.
Use /cobbleclash guia to reopen the guide and move catalog. Defeats in connection use Cobblemon's experience calculator and recognized contribution/sharing rules, including held Exp. Share, Lucky Egg and optional Tim Core Exp. All eligibility. Quick capture becomes available for eligible wild Pokémon at up to 25% HP; the selected ball launches from your controlled Pokémon and uses Cobblemon's native capture calculation.

Beta status and feedback
Native Minecraft tests cover combat, NPCs, RCT, raids, transformations, capture, persistence and UI flows. This is still a release candidate: real human-versus-human sessions, load/latency testing and every modpack combination are not certified. The standard Gradle/Loom build has an environment-specific ZipFS validation blocker; the supplied JAR is compiled from source and remapped through the documented alternative build process.
Not every passive ability/item combination is reproduced in real-time combat, and not every move or species has a unique handcrafted animation. Please report reproducible problems in the project comments with your versions, steps and relevant crash/log excerpt; do not post account tokens or other private data.

A 1.0.0-rc.15 continua Beta candidata à 1.0.
A opção Auto gigantes adapta o enquadramento à forma atual, incluindo Hoopa Unbound e Arceus. Fora do lock, mantém câmera livre adaptativa.
Mantenha M1 e Z/X/C/V para combater; R entra/interage, F usa o supremo, J abre formas, K itens, Q/Y troca, H formação, P ordens, L trava, Tab alterna alvo, G captura e O ajustes.
All depende do Tim Core e da elegibilidade configurada.
