Curse Maven Snippet
Major Changes
Mission System Rework
The mission system has been expanded and improved:
BATTLE mission changes: if you walk a certain distance and still haven't found the Pokémon, it will automatically spawn with a glow effect
ADVICE mission changes: Instead of relying on the AI's context to consider the answer 'good enough,' now it is required to give or take points every time an interaction happens, removing practically all the instability from this mission
New LOST ITEM SEARCH mission type: Using the mission HUD locator, you must go to the item depot area and dig until you find a barrel, to finally open it and complete the mission
Missions rely less on AI to be completed, eliminating several of the instability problems they had
Besides being guaranteed to receive a reward for completing the mission, you will earn an amount of XP based on the mission's difficulty, in addition to unlocking better rewards as your karma with the species increases by completing the missions… with a 1.5% chance of getting a MASTER BALL if your karma is higher than 12
Mission HUD
Added a new Mission HUD to display active quests and mission-related information directly in gameplay.
Pokémon Action HUD
Added a new Pokémon Action HUD, functioning as a quick interaction menu for Pokémon actions.
Players can now more easily command Pokémon actions directly through the HUD interface.
Persistent Context System
Added the /cobblebrain saveContext command for persistent AI memory between gameplay sessions.
Configurable Recent Memories Limit
Added a configurable Recent Memories Limit value in config, allowing players to choose how many previous interactions are saved and sent to the AI when a prompt is sent, specifically in the [LAST INTERACTIONS] session
Convincing & Catching Improvements
Pokémon can now have a guaranteed catch rate after being successfully convinced during interactions.
Fullness & Eating System Improvements
Connected Pokémon fullness directly to the EAT action, now Pokémon will not eat while they are full, unless they are berries (in case you want to give them a buff).
Dialogue System Improvements
Updated and improved the dialogue system for better interaction flow and response quality.
