Cobalt from Terraria

Adds the "Cobalt" mineral from terraria.

This is a very simple mod made in 48 hours, it is based off the Cobalt mineral from the game Terraria. 

 

INFO ABOUT COBALT-

 

Spawns from Y-32 to Y-5

 

Cobalt is stronger than diamond, but less efficient.
