CNPC-plus dialog fix

This mod replaces cnpc plus

I made this fork as a band-aid fix, all rights and credit go to the amazing Noppes, GoodBird and XiaoBiniaoX

When having a dialog with an npc, their name will be cut off in the left and if their name is big enough it will flow into the dialog text.

Everything is the same except a bootleg change to make npc dialog readable,
which combined with changing the font in cnpc config into "minecraft" instead of "default" fixes it.

If you are using english or not writing dialogs for your npcs you should probably download the original cnpc plus which is still getting regular updates.

I will delete this mod once the issue is fixed with the original.
