CNPC Enhance

An addon mod that adds extra enhancement features for Custom NPCs.

Features

1. Auto-Detect Sounds

Add an Auto-Detect Sounds button on the NPC sound settings screen. Upon clicking, the mod automatically scans native sounds belonging to the current mob model (including modded mobs) and populates the corresponding sound slots:

Attack Sound	Sound played when the NPC strikes a target

2. Idle Sound Interval Setting

Configure playback interval (in seconds) next to the idle sound slot. Set to 0 for seamless looping.

3. Attack Sound

New dedicated attack sound slot. Automatically plays when the NPC attacks targets. Supports both auto-detection and manual selection.

4. Flying Movement Sounds

NPCs in flying state will continuously play movement sounds to simulate wing flapping or flight audio.

5. Faction Player Protection

In the global faction management menu, a Protect Players toggle can be set for each faction. When enabled, NPCs of this faction will actively defend players under attack.

6. Faction Reputation Commands

Commands to adjust a player’s reputation with a specified faction:

Installation

Ensure NeoForge and Custom NPCs are already installed
Place npcenhance-x.x.x.jar into your mods folder
Launch the game
