Cleanroom port of CMT and some additional things

CustomMobTargets-CRE

Original mod [CMT] Custom Mob Targets by Zeitheron

Differences from the original mod:

Ported to Cleanroom
Added group retaliation system: when any member of a defined faction is attacked, all nearby faction members retaliate against the attacker
Faction members fighting each other can optionally be excluded from triggering group retaliation (ignore_same_faction)
Group retaliation configs are loaded from config/CustomMobTargets/group_retaliation/*.json

Require Cleanroom!!
