Clythez's Tech Mod

- added a revitalizer, which gives the player temporary regeneration in exchange for energy
          - crafting process is similar to that of the energized blades and rifles.

                     - it has its own guidebook entry, it can be located in the "Tools, weapons and armor" page of the clyote guidebook

                            - it also has its own achievement

- apparently, I forgot to remove the "next" button on the credits page, so I did that

- added an enhanced revitalizer, which is the enhanced version of the normal revitalizer

         - pretty much, the same details as the revitaliver.

         - provides temporary absorption in conjunction to the regeneration
