Climbing Ropes Mod

Added upwards building.

Now when you right click on a length of rope with new rope, the rope will try to build downwards, then upwards. You can also right click on the floor to seed your rope, thus allowing you to build a rope for ascension if you're, like, stuck at the bottom of a ravine.
