Client Mob Control is a client-side mod that able u create mob on vanilla server (where u have op) and control it by your character.
WARNING : This mod using vanilla commands and CAN'T work with custom teleport/summon commands.
Main Commands
/be <type> - creating a mob, that u gonna control. Type is a minecraft mob name like "cat" or "minecraft:cat"
/stop_be - stops your control and killing current mob.
