Use this if you've been having an issue with tap actions for keybinds activating as hold actions.
There's a bug somewhere that makes it so that things that are meant to only be done when you initially press a button, are instead done every tick as long as you're holding the button.
This fixes that issue. It's a very issue-specific mod.
