You can eat a Clayn. It won't feed you but it gives you many, many saturation.
With 114 (64 and 50) Clayn you can obtain a dragon egg ! note that you need to have a Weaponsmith in master level and that you can only have 1 dragon egg by villager.
Use it like a fuel ! Its power is the double of the coal.
