Clash!

• Added Echo Spear, a new spear variant which has considerable reach and knockback, with a considerable amount of blowback.

Eventually I want to replace the particles but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Several Spear changes:

• Reduced crit charge time from 16 to 14
• Billhook crit charge time from 15 to 13
• Increased spear stab hitbox size by .2 units, and increased target entity influence
• Stab particle now properly sends over the server

Hopefully these changes will make the spear's stab feel more consistent on servers and a bit more useful against approaching mobs. I have more plans to help the spear balance wise but I'm a bit short on time to work on the mod recently.
