What's new

Added ID Tags & Card Readers to the idenity system. IDs now self-assign to the player, and if they lose them they can /idcard to get a new one.

Card readers now recognize IDs & ID Tags assigned to them and also give off a redstone ping.
Networking! This is a huge release there is now a networking system for redstone, see the project description and screenshots.
