City Modernities Renewed - A Money Mod

This is a port of the existing mod 'City Modernities' by Renared_688. This mod adds money which you can use for roleplay. I tried to port every feature but i haven't added the correct sounds yet. I'll try to update this mod from time to time and maybe i'll add new features.
