Patch release. The Phase Bundler and Phase Unbundler previously shared the exact same shapeless recipe (3x Wire + 1 iron ingot), making them indistinguishable at the crafting table -- one of the two was effectively uncraftable normally. Both are now shaped and mirror each other: Phase Bundler is iron ingot centered above a row of 3 Wire, Phase Unbundler is iron ingot centered below a row of 3 Wire. Also adds the previously-missing three-phase recipe diagrams to the README, and removes leftover debris from the old mod-id namespace.
