Added interaction between the crucible and the pillars and magic trees. Also overhauled spell rendering so we now have high-resolution circles again, albeit missing one or two visual elements.

The crucible now has a base limit of 5 glyphs, increased by adding evenly-spaced pillars in up to three concentric rings around the crucible. These rings can be observed by holding any crucible setup block (crucible, inscribed blocks, etc) for ease of placing.

Each pillar can add up to 5 glyphs to the crucible's limit, modified by its position relative to the crucible and to other pillars in its ring (ie. a pillar that isn't in the right place will contribute less than one that is perfectly positioned).

The magic tree is still a work-in-progress but will hold a single item to be inscribed by the crucible instead of producing solely magic scrolls. A crucible can have multiple magic trees but only takes from one at a time (closest first in a clockwise order). Unlike the pillar, the tree can be anywhere within range of the crucible, but must be grown in place from its sapling.
