Cipher's Tiered Hoppes and Stonecrusher

Adds different tiers of hoppers with diferent efficiency and a stonecrusher for recycling our most common blocks.

Four new Hopper types (Golden, Diamond, Netherite and Sideways Hopper)

- Golden hopper drops items 5 by 5;
- Diamond hopper drops items 10 by 10;
- Netherite hopper drops items by full stacks;

Stonecrusher - Used to produce some goodies based on the crushed stone.

Make my hoppers follow the normal hopper logic for more compatibility and less bugs (if found any) for a more fluid experience
