Cinematic Motion Blur uses Minecraft's built in system, Cinematic Camera, and makes it a customizable Interpolation and Motion Blur system.
After some light testing, i can recommend 5-8% for Competitive PvP, 10-12% for smoothed play, and maybe light PvP, and 100-150% for cinematic shots recorded in spectator.
There are two ways to use this mod. The simpler one is to just use the slider in Video Settings (Under Advanced for Sodium).
There is also the other way of doing it in game using a command, "cmb-i", to veiw and change the current value of the multiplier using a percent system.
For example, the default is 12%, vanilla is 100%, completely off should be 0%, and the highest value is 150%. this is changed using the command like so:
/cmb-i - Tells you your current multiplier value.
/cmb-i <value> - Changes the multiplier value to the corresponding percentage of effect strength you type.
This will be turned on when joining the world, and using the keybind for Cinematic Camera under Miscellaneous in keybinds will toggle the effect.
Disclaimer: Versions 1.0 and below are incompatible with Sodium, and any early copy of this mod, including for future updates, will be not fully supportive of Sodium.
