Fixes MC-201, FOV not rotating when the minecart turns

Minecarts used to change the field of view when they turned, but sometime after 1.2.5, they no longer do, this mod brings that feature back. https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-201

Requires mixinbootstrap, client only
