ChunkWalker - The Chunk Loader

Fixed:

• Critical: Chunks kept loaded by a ChunkWalker were not actually simulating (no block ticks, no lava-to-cobblestone, no crop growth, no redstone) once no real player was online — even though they stayed loaded in memory. Two separate causes were found and fixed:
  • The chunk ticket was anchored to the wrong simulation level (33/"loaded only" instead of 31/"actually ticking")
  • A vanilla server setting (pause-when-empty-seconds, active by default since Minecraft 1.21.2) was pausing the entire world simulation shortly after the server went empty — ChunkWalker now automatically disables this while at least one walker is active and restores the server owner's original setting once none are, so no manual configuration is needed
