This is a chunk loader mod, but not in the normal way. Rather than always loading the chunk its in, you can make a chunk network. Whenever any chunk in the network is loaded, it loads all of them. When you place a chunk loader, it creates a new "chunk network". You can use the linking tool to join chunks into the same network. Right click a chunk loader with the linking tool, then right click another chunk loader to add it to the first ones network.

When linking a loader to a network, you may have to unload and then reload it to update (only the first time you place it though, it should work every time after)
