🎄 Christmas Hearthlight: The Ultimate Christmas Mod for Minecraft

Turn your Minecraft world into a cosy winter holiday. Write letters to Santa Claus, wake up to a magical present, mail gifts to your friends, decorate your base with a glowing Christmas tree, dress up as Santa or an Elf, and watch snow fall over your village while an original Christmas soundtrack plays.

Christmas Hearthlight is a festive holiday mod for survival, creative, multiplayer servers and modpacks.

🎅 Letters to Santa Claus

Write your Christmas letter, tell Santa what you love to do (mining, building, PvP, exploration, redstone or farming) and post it in a Christmas Mailbox. After the next sunrise, Santa writes back with a handwritten reply in your own language and a generous Christmas present picked for your playstyle. One reply per player, per world.

📮 Christmas Mailbox in Every Village

A red pillar box with gold trim, a twinkling wreath and soft glowing lights. Every new village spawns a Christmas Mailbox in its square, right next to the bell. You can also craft one for your base or your server spawn.

🎁 Send Gifts and Private Letters to Friends

Seal a private letter and wrap a present in a Christmas Gift Box: one stack of any item, or a whole shulker box. Put the letter and the gift in a Christmas Envelope and send it to any player who has joined the world, even while they are offline. Only the sender and the recipient can read it. Sneak and right-click to place a wrapped present under your Christmas tree, and pick it up again with everything still inside.

🧦 Christmas Stockings That Fill Up Overnight

Hang one of seven Christmas Stockings on your wall: classic red, green, snowflake, candy stripe, tartan, golden star or nordic knit. Each morning a stocking may fill up. Right-click it for a little surprise: cookies, Gingerbread Men, an emerald or even a diamond.

🎄 Christmas Decorations and Gingerbread Blocks

• Christmas tree with layered branches, baubles, twinkling lights, a glowing star and presents underneath
• Christmas wreath, pine garland and twinkling string lights
• Giant candy cane for the floor or the wall
• Gingerbread building set: gingerbread block, bricks with stairs and slabs, frosted gingerbread bricks and icing block
• Gingerbread Man, a quick and sweet Christmas snack

🧥 Santa and Elf Armour

Turn your iron or diamond armour into a festive outfit and keep its protection and enchantments.

• Santa outfit: +12.5% speed per piece. The full set adds Resistance and Regeneration and comes with a 3D Santa hat.
• Elf outfit: +10% speed per piece, a pointed 3D hat with a golden bell and curly elf shoes.

❄️ White Christmas Weather

Snow falls wherever it would rain, while deserts stay dry. Snowfalls are short and frequent, so your world feels wintry without endless storms.

🎵 Original Christmas Soundtrack

Eight original Christmas and winter tracks replace the vanilla music: a warm theme on the main menu and seven cosy songs for your worlds, with calmer music at night. A sleigh-bell jingle plays when Santa's reply arrives. Music discs are untouched. The title screen even wishes you a Merry Christmas in your own language.

⚙️ Built for Servers and Modpacks

• Fully configurable: turn off any recipe group, the outfits, stocking gifts, gift-box placing, snow, music, village mailboxes or Santa
• Data-driven: recipes, Santa's presents, stocking gifts and tags are datapack files you can edit
• JEI, REI and EMI support for all recipes
• Works in single player and on dedicated servers. Every letter and gift is checked on the server.
• Five languages: English, Português, Español, Français and Deutsch
