Chocobos Reborn 1.1.7 - Every Other Heat

Install this jar on the server and on every rider.

The named rivals race about half the heats

• Ahmi and Risika in Class C, and Teiyo and Jolo from Class B up, now turn up for about half of the ranked heats instead of every one. When they sit out, field birds take their two stalls.
• The roll happens when Esther posts the heat, and the heat keeps it through a restart. When the pair is running, Esther says so right after the heat is posted.
• Rook only offers a bet on a rival who is on the card. A stake placed on a rival before the heat was posted is handed back if that pair sits the heat out. It no longer moves onto the field.
