Chocobos Reborn 1.0.6 - Fair bets

Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.249, Java 21, client and server. A bug-fix release; existing saves, farms and courses are untouched.

• No more stranding on the way to Whiskerwind. Going to or from the Square while in a boat, on a horse or in a minecart used to leave you stuck to a vehicle in the other world, often over the void. You now get off first.
• Teleports work while riding a flier. The lock that keeps you on an airborne bird now only stops you sneaking off. It no longer blocks /tp, waystones and other teleports.
• Fair betting. A racer can only bet on themselves in a heat they are running. The Field pays by how many birds it covers, down to 1 to 1 on a Class C card. Before, you could bet the Field, finish last and collect six times your stake.
• GP survives a crash. Bookie bets, duel stakes and open duel challenges are saved. After a crash they are paid back the next time you log in or enter the Square. Race courses a crash left loaded are released when the server starts.
• A traded bird's gear stays with the bird. The equipment screen closes for anyone who no longer owns the bird, so the old owner can't strip its saddle, armour or bags after a trade, gift or release.
• Smaller fixes.
  • Dying mid-race no longer puts you back on your bird.
  • A duel pot goes to the rider who stayed, not back to the one who quit.
  • Saddlebag slots take nothing when the bird wears no bags.
