There is no default recipe for reward bags! It is meant to be given as a task reward.

Chips Mod adds 4 tiers of chips packets. These chips bags will give a random item decided by you or the modpack developer. It can be customized via config.
In config you will find a list of numbers and a max count variable. For each tier, it can be changed.

-How can I get the raw IDs of the item:
There is an item in the game called "id getter", put it in your main hand, put the item you want in your offhand, right-click, raw id will be printed in the chat.
-Does it work with other mods:
Yes, but be aware the id of the items might change when you add new mods with new items as I don't know how Minecraft handles ids. If no items are added, IDs won't change.
