Chinchón

## 1.21-0.1.0 — Initial release

First release for Minecraft 1.21.1, ported from the 26.3 version so players
on the still-most-populated Minecraft version — and anyone running a 1.21.x
server or modlist — can play too. Same game, same rules engine, no features
left behind; only the Minecraft/Fabric API layer underneath is different.

- Chinchón Table block: right-click to sit down, choose the target score
(50/75/100/150/200), and start a match for up to 4 players.
- Empty seats are filled by bots with configurable pacing; players can take
over a bot's seat mid-game, and bots take over if a player disconnects.
- Full Chinchón ruleset: draw/discard, closing a hand (with the -10 bonus
for a perfect close), Chinchón (instant win), scoring, and elimination.
- The table always shows you the best possible grouping of your hand and
tells you the moment you're allowed to close — no manual card-dragging.
- Spanish Deck item, usable on its own to draw a random card.
- Action-bar notice when it's your turn and the table isn't open.
- Everything server-authoritative: clients only see their own hand, and
everyone else's once a hand ends.
