+Additions/Changes
-Chimes are now silenced with Shift + Right-Click rather than only Right-Click in previous versions
-Added Metal and Bamboo chiming sounds when their respective blocks are interacted with! Interactions include the following: punching, right clicking, or hitting with any projectile
-Ambient chiming sounds have been moved to the Ambient/Environment sound category so they can be easier to control
-Added a few new bamboo chiming sounds for variation

-Fixed issue where Wind Chime block breaks when water is placed on a waterlogged Wind Chime block
-Tweaked the textures and models of Wind Chime blocks
-Tweaked sounds to have smoother transitions
