[Fixes]
- Fixed an issue with the chimera hitbox that could occasionally make the main head camera clip into walls.
- The no-head fog effect now remains visible when opening chat and other menus.
[Balance & Improvements]
- Greatly reduced the base mutation time based on community feedback from Reddit.
- Mutation time is now calculated based on how many changes are made in the chimera editor.
