What's new
-Added sounds; for now only re-using evokers' sounds.
-Added config to prevent chillagers from attacking each other.
-Added a configuration to disable chillagers' behavior of shooting snowballs in order to make their behavior more consistent with MC Dungeons' (disabled by default).
-Made the frozen effect more severe and increased the maximum falling distance of ice.
