Children of the Moon is a mod that adds horror-related content. New entities, items, resources, and more. As you play it, you will notice that some weird or unnerving occurrences might happen. Be careful and don't get assimilated!
Mobs:
- Woodling
A small fledgling creature. Result of the severance of a parasitic infection on a tree. The failed maturing of a parasite colony into a Living Tree could also give birth to a lot of these creatures.
Hazards:
- Roots Infection
A parasitic infection that can affect the player and some animals upon interacting with some of the mod features. Especially the newly added mobs and "flora". For example, the Weird Shrubs.
There are three stages of infection. Each one covers the player more and more with roots that can be perceived by while both in first and third person.
