Chest Maker

This update adds A working config and some back round changes

cfg options 

# Set to true to test [default: true]
B:"Beta Items"=true

there is no beta items in this update

# Set to false to stop the Sounds in chest maker [default: true]
B:"Block sounds"=true

you should be able to guess this one it makes the chest maker silent  

# Set to false to stop the debug logging wont stop main log input [default: true]
B:"Class loading debug"=true

stops the comments in the log
