This mod Lets you give loot in chests a set chance of being replaced with other loot with configurable chances example being when a diamond chestplate spawns in a chest uou could have a 30% chance of it being replaced with a gold ingot and a 20% chance of it being replaced a with a diamond and if neither of those roll then it will stay a diamond chestplate when you loot the chest.
