Fixes the latch on chests to prevent intersection

The latches on the chests in vanilla Minecraft slide around and intersect the top of the chest halfway when the opening or closing animation is playing (from the 1.15 snapshots). This mod fixes that issue.

Apparently Mojang will not be fixing this issue: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-170457
