Chess UHC

Chess UHC is mod which let to play a game where several team try to kill all other player with secrets roles which give effects and powers.

Presentation: 
Chess UHC is a mod created not to add content but to be able to play a "mini-game" of about 1 hour with an average of 20 to 30 players. (Like the werewolf UHC) It is possible to play with the new pvp but this type of game is especially adapted to the old pvp. It is therefore necessary to add a mod that adds the pvp 1.8.9. The force, celerity, and resistance effects are basic at 30%. Even if the roles are secret, it is allowed to pretend to be a role belonging to one of the first two teams, which have the same roles. However, it is forbidden to give a team name specifically.

Rules:
Chess UHC, is a game mode in Ultra Hardcore, that is to say a game where life does not naturally rise and where the only way to regenerate are golden apples. Every death is final.
In chess UHC, all players will have to fight in order to eliminate the players from all opposing teams. A player’s membership team is defined based on their secret role. These roles and teams are inspired by chess (in large part) and grant different powers to each. There are three teams:
- The «White» team which represents a color in chess. Each player of this team therefore gets a role corresponding to a chess piece. Pawns are often in greater numbers but do not however represent half of the team as in chess. The bishop, the knight, and the rook work as a duo.
- The 'Black' Team which represents the other color of chess. Its characteristics are the same. Each player on this team, apart from the team, therefore has the role of a player on the opposing team.
- Finally, there is a third team (?!? ) called 'Player' whose roles are cards from a classic card game (1 role per card color Heart, Diamonds, Spade and Club) including the Ace and the Joker. These players, unlike the rest of the players, know their teammates from the start and their power is powerful. In return, the players on this team are few (about 1/5 players).
- There is also a role that must win alone: the master of the game. However, the user can choose a facade role at any time and use the facade role commands.


The game takes place in a square of 800 blocks over 800 blocks from -400 -400 to 400 400.
In addition, each square of 100 blocks represents one box of a failure board. A player in -340 101 is located on the first column marked 'a' (from 'a' to 'h') and on the 6th line ('z' = 101) marked '6', so the player is in 'a6'. 
At the start of the game, a timer is started. This one represents the time spent since the beginning of the game. Every 20 minutes, a new "episode" starts where all players can use their controls again.

In addition, each player can once per episode know the box where the player of their choice is located.
 Every 5 minutes, a player’s role and position are revealed to everyone without anyone knowing who owns this role.
All the players get at the beginning of the game a complete armor (protective diamond boots and bib 2 and leg warmers and protective iron helmet 3) as well as a sharp diamond sword 3 and the necessary equipment for the fight.


Configuration of the part:
All the game configuration is done with commands. A game always takes all the players present in the server. 
To start a game, you need to perform the /chess start command. This will teleport all the players on a platform in the air. It will then be necessary to configure the roles of the game. For this, perform the command /chess add [role] [number]. [role] corresponds to the role to be added and [number] corresponds to the number of people who will have this role. With version 1.21.1, all possible choices of role will be proposed to you. Then, to start the game itself, you just need to type the command /chess rolegive. If the number of roles does not match the number of people on the server, an error will appear. 

Administrator command:
=> /chess start: explained previously.
=> /chess rolegive: explained previously
=> /chess timer [Number]: allows you to modify the game’s timer, that is to say how long it has been since the game started. [Number] is the value of the timer that we want to record, in seconds.

Players order:
=> /chess player: only possible for the team player «Player», the command allows to see who are the other team members.
=> /chess role: in order to know its role.
=> /chess position: in order to know its position, or once per episode after 40 minutes of play, to know the box where another player is.

Roles: 

The Bishop / Le Fou:
The fool can belong to the white or black team.
He has a 10% strength effect if no player of the same role from his side is on a square diagonal to his own.
Otherwise, it achieves a weakness effect of 10%
He also owns a book power 4
In each episode, with /chess swap [pseudo], he can exchange his position with a player.

The Knight/Le cavalier: 
The fool can belong to the white or black team.
The rider has a speed effect of 10%.
If he is on the same square as a player on his team with the same role, he gets 10% more Speed. Each episode, with /chess charge [pseudo ], he can teleport close to the targeted player, this one will get a blindness effect for 10 seconds.

The Rook/La tour:
The fool can belong to the white or black team.
It has a resistance effect of about 15%
If he is on the same column or line as a player on his team with the same role, he gets a 30% resistance effect.
Each episode, with /chess protect, it can grant itself resistance 100 effects, and weakness 100 in order to protect itself from opponents, however without attacking either. These effects will wear off after 5 minutes. 

The Queen/La Dame: 
The fool can belong to the white or black team.
The Lady has a permanent force effect.
If she eliminates an opposing player, she gets an extra heart.
Each episode, with /chess duel [pseudo], she can teleport a player and herself on a platform in a duel to the death. However, it is possible to escape the fight with /chess flee, in exchange for a permanent heart.

The King/Le Roi
The fool can belong to the white or black team.
His effects vary depending on the number of allies on the same square as him. 
If there are no allies in your case, they obtain a slowness and weakness effect 1.
If you have only one ally in your case, it only gets the weakness effect 1.
If he has 2 allies on his side, he gets no effect.
If he has 3 allies on his side, he gets a speed 1 effect.
If he has more than 3 allies on his side, he gets a speed effect of 30%.

The Pawn/Le Pion: 
The fool can belong to the white or black team.
You do not have a particular effect
For each ally on the same square having the role 'pawn', they gain a very light bonus that adds up. 
If he eliminates a player, he gets his role without changing teams.

The Jack of Clubs: 
The jack of clubs belongs to the 'player' team.
He can know the list of players on his team as well as their roles with /chess player unlike members of other teams.
Thanks to the command /chess servir [pseudo], he can reveal his identity to a player, in return, he knows the role of the targeted player.
If he is less than 20 blocks from a player targeted by your order, he gets a 15% non-stacking weakness effect.
He also obtains the resistance effect 1.

The Knight of Spades: 
The Knight of Spades belongs to the team 'player'.
He can know the list of players on his team as well as their roles with /chess player unlike members of other teams.
It has a speed 1 effect, which can be activated or deactivated with /chess speed.
If he eliminates a player with the role "Knight" so also a rider but belonging to the team "white" or "black", he gains a permanent heart.

King of Diamonds: 
Le Roi De Carreaux belongs to the 'player' team.
He can know the list of players on his team as well as their roles with /chess player unlike members of other teams.
His personal goal is to unmask the other kings with the command /chess check [pseudo]. However, he only has two attempts.
If he unmasks a king, he directly obtains the LIST of players belonging to his side. Attention!! Remember that you cannot distribute it without unmasking yourself.
It has a force effect of 15% base.

Dame De Cœur: 
The Queen of Hearts belongs to the 'player' team.
She can know the list of players on her team as well as their roles with /chess player, unlike members of other teams.
She has a boost of 2 permanent hearts.
The Queen of Hearts is the card that allows you to start in certain card games. As a result, it has an effect of weakness 5 and resistance 3, as long as it does not perform the command /chess reveal. This ability is disabled at 1h20 of play or 1 minute after being hit by a sword.

As: 
The ace belongs to the 'player' team.
He can know the list of players on his team as well as their roles with /chess player unlike members of other teams. 1 time per game, if the Ace dies, he is resurrected
he then gets the permanent force effect.

The Joker
The Joker belongs to the 'player' team.
He can know the list of players on your team as well as their roles with /chess player unlike members of other teams. The Joker does not have any particular effect. However, players with 10 blocks around it lose all their effects as long as they stay in this area. This power can be activated and deactivated with /chess joker. If an ally dies within a radius of 50 blocks around them, they gain speed 1 for 5 minutes.

The Game Master: 
The master of the game wins alone. 

At any time, the Game Master can change their role with the one of their choice with /chess master [Role]. 
He can then use the powers and commands of this role, his indicated role is now the role he chose
However, it does not obtain the effects (strength, resistance, speed) of the role.
His victory camp remains the same throughout the game, that is to say 'Solo'.
