Welcome to ChemLib: NeoForged!

This is a NeoForge 1.21.1 fork of ChemLib, originally a Forge 1.20.1 library mod by SmashingMods. ChemLib is a dependency for Alchemistry, and since I'm maintaining a NeoForge port of Alchemistry, porting ChemLib alongside it was a natural next step. This is purely a community port aimed at keeping the library alive on the latest versions, not a replacement for upstream.

How this differs from the original

The upstream ChemLib targets Forge 1.20.1. This fork ports it to NeoForge 1.21.1 (Java 21), with all capability, networking, and recipe APIs updated for the new Minecraft version. It may also include additional fixes, tweaks, or new features on top of the original — see the changelog for details.
