First off, it adds Cheese of course, but weirdly you "make" it, you mine it from the Cheese ore. Then for some reason you have the Cheese tree, with the Cheese wood, only found in the Wooded Badlands biome (same with the cheese ore). If you somehow get enough cheese you can make a full armor and tool set, the armor is ugly (on purpose) so dont wear it as it is TOTALLY not overpowered!

And yes, before you ask you can eat the Cheese, its give you 4 effects for 50 seconds :)
