Currently, there is no way to send messages to your players via any other means other than the server console or in-game chat. This is where Chathook comes in. Chathook allows you to POST plain text to <your-server-ip>:25564 and then it will appear in the in-game chat.

[Chathook] Server shutting down in ~10mins for modding
Authentication:
Currently there is no authentication required for sending messages via Chathook so it is recommended to block TCP port 25564 in your server console. Authentication may be added in future releases!
