Chat Tweaks

Added "Chat Text Full Opacity" option that makes the text be fully visible no matter what opacity is set for the background

Fixed missing translation on channel selection screen

Fixed crash on corrupt config - it restores default now

Fixed emotes turning into white blocks when changing the config

Fixed background alpha of chat being handled differently from Vanilla

Fixed side and bottom chat still showing up even if the view is muted

Fixed the highlight color being way too bright and annoying
