You can find Sulfur goo trades with a Wandering Trader.

In a Sulfur Mineshaft you can find Sulfur goo in the Minecarts.

You need 9 Sulfur goo to craft the Sulfur Slime Block.

This are all the deferent size of Sulfur Cube and yes tnt explosions are effected by the sizes the bigger the Sulfur Cube the bigger the explosion.

You can dye the Sulfur Cubes and grab them in the buckets.
