Lore, forms, and structures update

Additions

• Latex Catte variant, and it's orange bucket.
• EXP-012 Room in the Biological Studies/Research Facility
• EXP-012 Now has lore, found around facility pieces (Both kinds) -# You may know EXP-012 by "The artist" or "An artist"

Changes

• Reworked the models of both Cone Kats, the Latex White Cat and EXP-012
• Changed the recipe for the sketch, requiring you to find the EXP-012 room to spawn her
• Changed the variant IDs from the latex white cat, conekats, latex catto, latex hazzy and fluffed up leopards

Bug fixes

• Fixed the issue that the Biological Studies/Research Facility would end abruptly into stone (Sometimes still happens, jigsaw shenanigans, but it's less common now)
• There was an issue where latexes wouldn't attack you with either the AI enabled or disabled, resolved now.
