- Added the Mega Stasis Chamber multiblock.

Most important ones include:
- Untransfur handle mode - Determines how the mod behaves. Default is SIMPLE, which makes the MSC optional thing to untransfur. Other options are ORGANICS_ONLY, which makes it so the only way to safely untransfur as latex is via a loosened MSC untransfur. Last option is COMPLEX, which forces the player to perform the Complex route described in facility room piece in order to safely untransfur.
- MSC failures section - describes MSC behavior regarding failures, including whether the multiblock should explode on failure.
- Added compatibility with CSP - You can now untransfur if stabilized, but only if you go the "Complex" route.
