  1. Adjusted changedDyingLight:
    Fixed category: MOB → PLAYER
    Adjusted stage 3 & 4:
    Stage 3 - Reaches 75%: Mining Fatigue I, (Randomly happens) Poison I
    Stage 4 - Reaches 90%: Slowness II, Weakness I, Blindness
  2. Adjusted changedArmamentRace:
    All Changed Combat stuff is now included by default.
    Added equipment enchantments. Set to a negative number to disable.
    Slightly adjusted(nerfed) armed latexes. Slow Falling effect no longer appears on minibosses.
