this is my first time updating a mod version so backup worlds before installing, ive tested the basics, but that doesnt mean its safe from game breaking bugs, if you crash because of updating this, please tell me the crash logs so i can try to fix it

also this isnt 100% a actual update just a port, i will make a true update shortly

also the armor for TSC has been buffed as requested, and cheaper crafting for the elite armor
