What's new

Fixed two issues with the configuration files:

1. The incorrect approach was to use the result of 1 - adaptableMaxDamageReduction as the maximum damage reduction ratio. It should have been calculated directly.

2. The configuration entity ID verification for bossBarBlackList failed.
