FULL HUNTER REWORK:

hunter now has 3 systems that all work together:

Mark: applied by pressing sneak + skill 1. most of the hunter kit revolves around who is marked. Marked entities have hevily reduced aggro range.

Predation: A resource that grows through attacking your mark. powers up your skills, but is not required to cast them.

Stalk: staying nearby a marked entity will increase your level of stalk every 4 levels. each level of stalk will grant a bonus predation gain when attacking your mark.

Full skill rewrite: most hunter skills have been either reworked or completely scrapped and replaced to fit this new system.
