Fixed

  • Fix Subnet Proxy showing stale items after a partitioned Storage Bus rebuilds, which could leave items visible-but-unextractable and later double-count them on the front network. The cost of force-updates has been increased (due to more heavy-handed reconciliation for correctness' sake), but the steady-state cost should be about the same as before.
