CEE: Voltworks

CEE: Voltworks is an addon for Create: Electro Energetics. It adds a few things I missed while building bigger electric setups.
Features
- Circuit Design Table and Power Grid boards. Design a small circuit in the board editor, then place it in the world as a compact block.
- Wall wires. Hold a wire spool and press V (default keybind) to switch between the usual hanging wires and wires that lie flat on block surfaces, routed pixel by pixel. The electrical behavior is the same as regular EE wires.
- Wire routing along fences and EE poles.
