Added plutonium conversion between ad extendra and mekanism
scriptor megicea I've started trying my hand at editing Scriptor datapack related things, trying to add new reagents and artifacts/tomes, none of them show up due to mistakes on my end, so, it's wip
stopped missing/absent mod issues
- the northstar biome tags weren't made safe, not an issue though since it was all new tags, should stop log complaints
- gone and changed some recipes, adding more conditional loading
note to self: track down where electrum coins disappeared to
