Features

Every computer and turtle gets an internal FE buffer, charged by any FE cable, generator, or battery placed against it (Mekanism, Create: Crafts & Additions, Powah, Thermal, Immersive Engineering, and more).
A device only runs while it has power — drain the buffer and it shuts down.
Per-tier config: normal and advanced computers/turtles each have their own energy cost, buffer size, and charge rate (normal is cheaper and smaller by default).
Redstone kill-switch: by default a redstone signal turns a computer off, and removing it lets it run again — toggle in the config.
DirectGPU support (optional): if DirectGPU is installed, its GPU block draws power too and freezes when it r
