Cobblemon Battle Improvements (CBI) CobbleDex Sync and 2v1 Multi-battles

Two features I have seen requested around Cobblemon are handled by this addon.

Firstly, 2v1 battles are now possible! This feature will go away, as the Cobblemon devs will be adding a much better version of what I have implemented here.

This works by teaming with someone, and you can challenge as normal by selecting Multi in the battle menu. The team and the solo player both can start the challenge. There is also a new command for this:

/battle2v1 Player1 Player2 Player3

(Player 1 & Player 2 on the team side with 1 active Pokémon each; Player 3 as the solo player with 2 active Pokémon slots taking 2 moves per turn).

Secondly, discovering a pokemon with the CobbleDex (from the mod with the same name) has sync with the dex from Cobblemon! This means you can actually see what pokemon are without battling with them.
